Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Non-returnable Items  / Exceptions

Customized or made-to-measure products are not eligible for returns except in case of defect. Our art prints (Fine Art Prints, Fine Art Canvases, and Lifestyle products) are made-to-order products, produced according to the customer’s personalization request.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Returns are not accepted for customer errors, such as incorrect choice of size, framing type, or design.

Color variations within acceptable tolerances of artworks and products are not considered defects.

The customer is responsible for any applicable international duties or taxes in the destination country.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day period to cancel or return any standard, non-customized products for any reason and without the need for justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with its tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase. This cooling-off period applies only to non-customized products. Fine Art Prints, Fine Art Canvases, and Lifestyle products are exempt from this right.

 

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and post the refund.
