Each work of art is individually and custom-made upon request, following a meticulous production process and careful handling of materials that takes between 24 and 48 hours.
Total lead time, including order processing, production, and shipping, is approximately 5-7 business days.

Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated during checkout.
There are no minimum order requirements.
The customer is responsible for any applicable international duties or taxes in the destination country.

Returns
Our works are custom-made and personalized prints on demand, so they cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
If this applies to you, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
